Получить юнит

Эндпоинт позволяет получить полную информацию о юните, включая:

• Основные поля юнита (name, description, adminIds, isActive и т.д.)

• Дочерние юниты (если есть)

• Кошельки юнита с балансами

• Общие балансы по валютам

💡 Используется для:

• Просмотра структуры отделов бизнеса

• Получения UUID юнита для создания клиентов, инвойсов или выплат
